Families locally in the Washington, DC/Baltimore Metro area as well as other large cities/states throughout the U.S. contact our service seeking in-home help to best match their job requirements for part-time, full-time, live-in, live-out, short-term (a minimum of 90 days) and long-term employment. We are updating our applicant files at this time and are open to accepting new candidates to fill the following anticipated upcoming positions.
Nanny or Babysitter
We anticipate new positions becoming available over the next one to two weeks but make no guarantee as to when these positions may surface.
Estate Management - Couple or Husband/Wife Team
There is NO FEE charged to you (the applicant) for our company to help you secure employment. All of our service fees are employer-paid or paid by the hiring party.
|Job Applicant Service Registration Requirements|
To register with our service, you must be able to meet the below service registration requirements for your line of work.
ALL APPLICANTS must be able to present a professional demeanor when being considered for interviewing/hiring purposes by potential employers
ALL APPLICANTS must be at least 21 years of age
ALL APPLICANTS must be able to speak English (Families hiring bilingual candidates may need very little English)
ALL APPLICANTS must be a U.S. Citizen or possess a Work Authorization Permit or Resident (Green) Card
ALL APPLICANTS must have a valid Social Security ID number/card and if a driver, a valid driver's license along with a good driving record.
ALL APPLICANTS should be ready to undergo and pass a criminal background check and if applicable, a driving record report should driving be required for the job.
ALL APPLICANTS who are U.S. Citizens must be a high school graduate, or have a minimum of 5 years (or more) work experience in their line of work with excellent work references.
NANNIES, BABYSITTERS, ELDER CARE or COMPANION CARE WORKERS must have 2 years work experience. CPR is preferred but not mandatory. Some jobs may require CPR. When this occurs, sometimes (not always), the family may opt to pay all costs for the candidate to get certified. Candidates are required to have good to excellent work recommendations from their former/current employers. When filling out an application, we require that you list each employer's contact information along with job details for each position employed.
A GOVERNESS must be college educated and degreed with a minimum of 2 years work experience as a nanny and professional experience in tutoring/teaching school-aged children - CPR is required along with excellent work recommendations from his or her former/current employers. A HOUSEKEEPER & DAY WORKER need a minimum of 5 years work experience along with excellent work recommendations from former/current employers. HOUSEHOLD MANAGER and ESTATE MANAGEMENT (may be one or two applicants as in a husband/wife team) may manage and maintain all facets of running a household, including outdoor maintenance. Candidates need a minimum of 5 years experience along with excellent work recommendations from former/current employers.
