All caregiver referrals have a minimum of two years of related work experience as an elder, personal or companion care worker (non medical caregiver) with good to excellent work ratings from their former/current employers. Upon occasion, we have a candidate registering with our service who is a Certified Nursing Assistant or CNA. However, most of our candidates are non medical caregivers.

Duties Porvided by the Home Care Worker

Duties performed by the in home caregiver may include assisting an elder person or an individual requiring assistance with personal care, cooking, housecleaning, laundry, grocery shopping and other errands. Caregiver duties will be limited to the person requiring care and pertaining only to job-related duties involving his/her care. Duties involved in companion care are similar to the caregiver's job but excludes personal care.

Live-in rates may vary but normally may be at a higher rate for any hours worked above 40 hours/week or the rate may be negotiated with the caregiver.

Our Responsibility...

Our responsibility entails helping you find a suitable elderly or companion care referral for your position, checking his/her work references then making the results of these checks available to you for your review. Our service fees to find you part-time or full-time, live-in or live-out candidate is $350. You would need to pay us our service fees at the time you decide to employ an elder or companion aide. In addition to paying us our service fees, you would also be required to pay the caregiver's salary to him or her directly each week or on a biweekly pay schedule.

You may interview available candidates without having to pay us any up front fees but if and when you decide to employ a certain candidate then the finder's fee would be due to our company. In the event you do not hire a candidate through our service then you would not be obligated to pay us any portion of the finder's fee shown--A win/win situation!

Our service costs are kept low by having you take part in the candidate interviewing and screening process. It would be your responsibility for obtaining and paying all background screening costs when hiring an applicant through our service. If needed, we can direct you to an affordable online background screening company where you can have criminal and/or driving checks conducted on the candidate you plan to employ. Background check results usually have a quick turn around time within 24 to 36 hours for most locations throughout the U.S. For additional information on how our service works, click on the "Family Info" link found at above at the navigator bar.
