Our service fees are affordable since we ask you to take part in interviewing and screening candidates. You are not alone when hiring in-home help through our service since we offer support throughout the interviewing and hiring phase. Your responsibility consist of interviewing candidates in your home or office and assuming all background screening costs on the chosen candidate set for employment. If needed, we can direct you to an affordable online background screening company where you can have criminal and/or driving checks conducted on the candidate you plan to employ for less than $100. Background check results usually have a quick turn around time within 24 to 36 hours for most locations throughout the U.S.
You can virtually save hundreds perhaps thousands of dollars when using our service compared to having a placement agency perform all aspects of the candidate recruitment and screening process on your behalf.
We offer the American and International nanny, governess, housekeeper, elder or companion care referral for part-time, full-time, live-in, live-out, short-term (a 60-day minimum needed) or long-term employment. Most of our candidates are bilingual speaking English-Spanish, English-French, English-Hindi and are between 35 up to 60 years of age. Many of them have extensive experience working with the same family for many years and can provide you with excellent work recommendations from their former/current employers. All candidates are legal for U.S. employment and are at least 21 years of age. See below for a list of locations we serve.
You may interview available candidates without having to pay us any up front fees but once you decide to employ a certain candidate then the finder's fee would be due to our company. In the event you do not hire a candidate through our service then you will not be obligated to pay us any portion of the finder's fee shown.
A 30-day trial period applies when hiring a candidate through our service. If the first candidate hired is not a good fit for your family then we would make every attempt possible to find you a second candidate with no additional fees charged but you need to act within the trial time frame offered.

To initiate our service and begin interviewing available candidates, we ask that you concur with our agreement, complete and submit an online application to our office. The information you provide to us on the application will help us to have a clear understanding of the job being offered. We will send you an e-mail confirmation notice once we have received your application.
